Tyler B. Ewigleben

Tyler is a class action attorney at Jennings PLLC and is dedicated to holding companies large and small accountable for their improper conduct. He focuses his practice on high-stakes consumer protection litigation on both local and national scales. He is an advocate for consumers, businesses, and municipalities who have been harmed or victimized by an unfair practice, policy, or event that has also affected hundreds or sometimes thousands of other individuals.

Tyler has experience in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, lawsuit strategy and planning, complex discovery, and settlement negotiation and administration. Tyler is actively litigating hundreds of class action lawsuits against financial institutions across the country for their deceptive fee practices. Through this litigation, he has played a critical role in obtaining over one hundred million dollars to over one million consumers. Tyler also represents consumers and businesses in dozens of other class action litigation cases, specializing in issues such as privacy violations, data breaches, gaming litigation, and various forms of deceptive business conduct.

Tyler is admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts, the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Northern District of New York, the Western District of Michigan, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also been admitted to practice on an individual case-basis in numerous state and federal district courts throughout the country. He is currently seeking admission to the DC and Arkansas bars.

When Tyler is not working, you can find him spending time with his wife, Brenda, and their children, Mila & Levitt, likely at the park down the street from their home in downtown Indianapolis or on a plane on their way to the next adventure.
