Christopher D. Jennings

Mr. Jennings is the managing attorney at Jennings PLLC. His practice concentrates on complex litigation and representing consumers, businesses, and governmental entities in individual and class action antitrust, consumer protection, data breach, derivative, products liability, and securities cases. Mr. Jennings has prosecuted numerous individual, mass tort, and class cases in state and federal courts throughout the nation. He also maintains a general personal injury and commercial litigation practice in addition to handling administrative matters.

Mr. Jennings is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas. In 2001, Mr. Jennings obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas with a minor in History. In 2005, he earned a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Arkansas with an emphasis on administrative law. In 2006, Mr. Jennings earned his Juris Doctorate from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. Mr. Jennings is admitted to practice in all Arkansas state courts, the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and numerous federal district courts. He has also been admitted to practice on an individual case-basis in numerous state and federal district courts throughout the country.

Mr. Jennings is a member of the American Associate of Justice, the National Trial Lawyers, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, Public Justice, and the National Association of Securities and Consumer Attorneys (NASCAT). He recently served as a member of the NASCAT committee on the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. He is also a fellow of the Litigation Council of America and has been named a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star in class action and mass tort litigation from 2012 to 2019. From 2020 to present, he has been named a Mid-South Super Lawyer in class action and mass tort litigation.
